Kaede

This is my favorite sushi place! I order here a ridiculous amount. Everything is delicious, the food is perfectly packaged, and just right when it gets to you. The deliveryman are so sweet too! You cant go wrong ordering from here! There hasnt been a thing Ive tried that I havent liked!

First time trying this place. The food was great!! I ordered for three of my friends as well and they were all more than satisfied. Definitely a great experience and I'll be back!! :)

Delivery packaging is really thoughtful - Chicken Katsu is great - ordered from them a couple times always perfect and faster than expected. Dinner box is good value too.

They were quick and efficient considering I ordered during the lunch rush. The food was also delicious and with the price that I paid for the food, I got A LOT.

This place has the best sushi in the neighborhood for a good price. I also like that they have great vegetarian options for lunch

I rarely write reviews here because many restaurants tend to vary in quality over time. However, Kaede is one of the only exceptions to this - they are consistently perfect. Every. Single. Time.

It's crazy to think that something as simple as "traditional" Ramen soup is hard to come by in the Financial District, but sadly - this is the case. I've tried a number of places including one which has Ramen in the name of the restaurant. None come close to Kaede. This soup isn't exactly cheap but it's immense - more than enough to fill an adult man as a whole meal. I generally get the beef version, but I've tried all of them and they're all the same - delicious! I usually end up ordering a few sushi extras, individual pieces as well as some rolls - I've always been happy with these as well especially the prices of the more common ones, like Spicy Tuny or Salmon Avocado. Finally, the fried rice dishes are as good a value as they are delicious.

Finally, one area that Kaede is consistently good - the delivery time. They usually come back with an estimated time of about 30 minutes - and then proceed to deliver within 15-20 minutes just about every time. Sometimes delivery comes so fast, it feels like they were just waiting for me to send.

I love this place - I order from them at least once a week (quite frequently more than that) and consider it to be one of my go to locations. The food is delicious, diverse and nourishing. It's hard to describe any dish not cooked by my mother as comfort food, but Kaede definitely meets this description. Order from this place with abandon - you cannot go wrong and you may just find yourself addicted!

I absolutely LOVE ordering from Kaede. Food is always fresh, delicious, healthy and delivered on time. Shrimp teriyaki is outstanding - flavorful and generous portions. Soups - particularly the chicken udon soup and the shrimp ramen are amazing. Sashimi is super fresh. Edamame and miso soup are yummy. Particularly like the shumai. I give these folks a 5+ - you cannot go wrong.

I'm very, very careful and picky about sushi and have thrown out bad fish rather than risk illness. This is the first Japanese restaurant in FiDi that I have found that I finished my food and would order from again. Spicy tuna roll could have been a little spicier, but the fish quality was good, and hamachi sushi was flavorful and salmon sashimi was delicious. THANK YOU KAEDE!

Kaede is amazing. Ive been ordering here regularly for 3 years. Sushi is tasty and theres a very good fish to rice ratio. Get the maki combo!

The order is always on time and reliable. If I have a meeting in 30 minutes I know I can rely on Kaede to deliver to me on time.

Ordered delivery for lunch and food was fresh, hot and cold that needed to be and on time. I use another sushi place usually for work lunches but will switch to kaede based on all of the above! I tested it on an important office and it paid off. Thank you for a great experience!
